Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the Trucker & Country Festival, the purchaser and ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by the organizer:

1. Children under the age of 12 may only enter the festival when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We recommend that parents take adequate measures to protect children under the age of 8 from high noise levels. Concerts in festival tent main festival tent reach noise levels of up to 100 dB. The organizer accepts no responsibility or liability for damage to human organs in the event of repeated violations.

2. The organizer has no influence whatsoever on the format, duration, content, or volume of the individual program segments. At concerts, the high volume may pose a risk of hearing damage or other health hazards.

3. The festival will take place outdoors regardless of the weather. You must strictly follow the instructions of the organizer’s staff. In addition, the current notices and instructions from the on-site security and order personnel, as well as the latest information on the organizer’s official website, apply. www.trucker-festival.ch

4. Claims for damages arising from a positive breach of contract, fault at the time of contract conclusion, and tort are excluded, unless the organizer, its legal representatives, or its agents acted with intent or gross negligence. Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance and delay are limited to compensation for foreseeable damages in cases of slight negligence.

5. Bringing glass containers, cans, pyrotechnic devices, or flares is strictly prohibited. Carrying decorative or imitation weapons is subject to the Weapons Act and is therefore prohibited without a permit to carry a weapon (a misdemeanor). Failure to comply will result in removal from the event grounds. A security check will be conducted upon entry.

6. We reserve the right to deny admission for good cause (subject to a refund of the ticket’s face value).

7. Audio, film, and video recordings for commercial use and exploitation, as well as for private use, are festival tent prohibited during concerts in festival tent . Recordings are permitted in exceptional cases, upon prior notification, and only with the express permission of the performing artists. In the event of non-compliance with these prohibitions, the organizer expressly reserves the right to assert all legal claims under all applicable laws. Visitors are also aware and agree that video recordings of the festival grounds and the entrance area will be made for promotional purposes for the festival, as well as for security reasons and to address violations during the festival.

8. There is no general ban on dogs or pets at the festival. However, we do not endorse bringing pets of any kind! Owners must decide for themselves whether or not they want to subject their pets to the stress of noise, crowds, and hot asphalt. Still, it’s probably better for people Western Village their dogs and other pets into Western Village than to leave them locked up in the car! 9. Your ticket will be validated upon entering the event grounds.

10. Upon purchase of the ticket, a contractual relationship is established exclusively between the purchaser and holder of the ticket and the organizer.

11. Tickets may only be refunded if the event is canceled entirely. The refund will not exceed the face value of the ticket. Adverse weather conditions do not entitle the holder to a full or partial refund of the purchase price.

12. Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

13. The ticket purchaser is required to inspect the tickets purchased from Jungfrau World Events GmbH immediately upon receipt. The ticket purchaser must notify Jungfrau World Events GmbH within 3 business days of any damage to the tickets or any discrepancies between the tickets delivered by mail or electronically and the tickets ordered. If the ticket purchaser fails to do so, the delivered tickets shall be deemed accepted (Art. 201 OR).

14. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and/or date of the event. There is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket’s face value for the reason stated above. The organizer reserves the right to change admission times without prior notice. The organizer assumes no liability for delays in admission.

15. The organizer reserves the right to change the program without prior notice.

16. Program changes may occur at festivals. In the event that individual artists or groups are canceled, the organizer will endeavor to find suitable replacements; however, visitors have no claims arising from the cancellation of individual artists or groups. Admission to event areas with limited capacity is granted only within the limits of the officially approved audience capacity. If the venue reaches capacity, the organizer may temporarily restrict admission without this entitling the attendee to a partial refund of the ticket price.

17. For safety reasons, the organizer may temporarily or permanently clear and cordon off individual parking and camping areas or other parts of the festival grounds, without this giving rise to any entitlement to a full or partial refund of the ticket price. The relevant instructions of the organizer or the instructions of the security personnel and companies commissioned by the organizer must be followed immediately in order to avert danger to life and limb.

18. When parking, please follow the instructions of law enforcement officers. For the sake of the environment, please use public transportation and the free shuttle to the festival grounds.

19. The ticket holder parks their vehicle at their own risk.

20. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

21. Purchasing tickets for resale is generally prohibited.
